Kontio is an 80 square metre, two-storey insulated square-log villa on the shore of Lake Saimaa, in Liimattala, Puumala. Downstairs there is a spacious living room-cum-kitchen, a bedroom, a toilet, an electric sauna and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a lounge with a TV, beds and a balcony. In the yard of the cottage there is an outbuilding and a sheltered grill. A separate building with a wood-heated sauna and a fireplace room, situated about 40 metres from the cottage, can also be rented. The villa as well as the sauna cottage jetty and shore face southeast. Pets are just as welcome to stay at Kontio as people.

Final cleaning is included in the price. When leaving, simply put the dishes in the dishwasher, and the rubbish and recyclable materials in the bins provided for them.
